Tru Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Private Client Fee Earner to join a highly reputable and well established legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional legal services, ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and care.
Duties
- Advise clients on a range of private client matters.
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
- Administration of estates and provide guidance through the probate process.
- Conduct client meetings to discuss their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide comprehensive service to clients.
Experience
- Experience in private client law is essential as a fee earner.
- Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate empathy in sensitive situations.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a rewarding environment.

We will consider full time and part time applications for this role.Role is full or part time. Salary is negotiable and will be pro rata for part time hours which are also negotiable. The role is mostly office based with flexibility of 1 - 2 days working form home.
